Shipping Information
All orders are processed within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from receipt of the order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when we ship your order.
Rates and estimates for domestic shipping
Shipping is free throughout Switzerland and included in your order.

In-store collection
You can select free local collection from our premises at Via Albigna 9, Vicosoprano 7603. Once you have placed your order and selected local collection at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for collection within 1-2 working days. When your order is ready, you will receive an email with instructions.
Please check our opening hours for collection. When you come to collect your order, please ensure you have your confirmation email with you.

How can I check the status of an order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Tracking information will be available within 48 hours.
If you do not receive your order within 5 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@bregagliaknfie.ch specifying your name and order number and we will carry out the necessary checks.
