You are allowed a 30-day return window for our products. Damaged items or those with personal engravings cannot be accepted.

How to return:

1. Pack the item in its original packaging and send it to: Bregagliaknife, Via Albigna 9, CH-7603, Vicosoprano
2. Send an email to info@bregagliaknife.ch with your order number and the items you are returning.
3. Once we have received the package and checked the condition of the goods we will proceed with the refund.

Please note that returns are at your expense (any duty paid will be deducted from the amount refunded)
